Your accommodation will be in a spacious 18 feet Mongolian Yurt, sleeping up to 4 persons. Sharing the site in a superb location, with 3 award winning eco-friendly lakeside lodges, with their grass and flower roofs. We offer an alternative Green sustainable environment where you can experience a little luxury living under canvas for a week. For those who don't think that they will be able to cope without all the gadgets, and general time consuming electronic equipment, we offer short breaks.
Located 20 yards from the Yurt is the main car park. Also there is a building called 'The Hub' where we provide complimentary separate male/female toilet and shower facilities, and to keep your perishables cool we also offer use of a fridge/freezer. There is also a kitchen with Electric Oven/Hob, Microwave & Kettle available at an extra cost of £35.00 per week or £25.00 for short breaks. This building also contains useful information about the local attractions as well as wonderful photography of all the beautiful wildlife, flora and fauna that live and flourish around the lakes. Facilities also include a Games Room, Play Area, Nature Trails and a Riverside Picnic Area.
The Yurt sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, spending quality time with family or friends. Or for a perfect romantic break for two, as this Yurt comes with its own double bed.
You also don't have to worry about being too far away from civilisation as we are only one mile from the small market town of Holsworthy with its local shops, pubs and cafes. A further 9 miles away will take you to the rugged and beautiful Devon and Cornwall coastlines, renowned for having some of the best surf in the country. |
